Ordering and Payment
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
On the product page, just click the Add To Cart button. Your selected items will show up on the right hand side of the shop. Click Checkout when you are finished shopping to complete payment.
WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We currently only accept Paypal payments. You can still use your credit card or debit card when making payment, just choose the "Don't have a Paypal account?" option on the Paypal login screen after you choose Paypal as the checkout option.
CAN I CHANGE OR ADD TO MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN SUBMITTED?
No. Once you submit your order through Paypal the payment has been accepted for that particular order. If you wish to add items, you will need to create a new order.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN SUBMITTED?
You may cancel your order if we have not already shipped out your item. Please contact us to find out if you are able to do so. Once items have been shipped, they cannot be canceled.
WHAT DOES "BACKORDERED" MEAN?
Backordered means we have run out of that current product and are expecting more shortly! You can either remove it from your cart and reorder it when it becomes available, or complete the order and we will ship the item to you when as soon as it arrives. If you have ordered a backordered item and it turns out we will not be restocking it, you will be refunded for that item.
